Step one

Create your account — it takes a minute

Your cart, addresses, order history and the chat all live inside your account. You can browse and fill a cart as a guest, but a guest cart cannot be quoted or checked out — our team has no way to see it.

Click Login at the top right of any page, then switch to the Register tab.
Register with your business email, or continue with Google.
Use the email you want quotes and invoices sent to — it is how we match your cart to your business.
Already registered? Just log in; your cart is waiting where you left it.

Why the account matters: wholesale prices are set per account. When you send a cart, our team sees the items, specs and quantities behind that login — not an anonymous list.

Step two

Build a cart with the exact options and quantities

Open a style and choose what you actually need: metal, stone colour, ring size, engraving or custom text. Then set the quantity — the price per piece changes with volume, and the product page shows it before you commit.

Read the Quantity / Discount / Wholesale Price table on the product page: that is the tier price at each quantity.
Enter a quantity, or use + / −. Where a minimum applies, the counter will not go below it.
Selling a size run? Add each size (or metal) as its own cart line — every line keeps its own options and price.
Click Add To Cart, then open My Cart to review, change quantities or remove lines.

Tip: need sign-off from a partner? The tier table is the number to quote internally — your final price is confirmed on the cart after you send it.

Step three — the important one

Send the whole cart to our team in one click

This is the step that replaces a quote email. Your cart is posted into the chat as a card our team can read line by line — item, options, quantity, unit price and line total.

Click the red round chat button pinned to the left edge of every page.
In the chat window, click ＋ (send order / product / cart) and choose the My Cart tab.
Check the list, then press Send my cart (N items / M pcs). Use Open cart first if something is missing.
Add one message with what matters: destination country, deadline, target price, packaging or hallmarking notes.

Sending a cart is not an order. Nothing is charged and nothing ships. It only hands our team an exact list to price — you confirm by checking out afterwards.

Step four

Get your wholesale price, then check out

Our team reviews your list — options, quantities, stock — and sets your wholesale price line by line. You get a reply in the same chat, and your cart is updated for your account.

You will see: “the price of your cart has been updated…” — open My Cart and refresh the page.
Adjusted lines show the new unit price with the previous price struck through, and the subtotal recalculates.
Click CHECK OUT: contact information, shipping address, shipping method, payment.
Pay by credit card on the checkout page, or choose PayPal / Stripe redirect. The order then appears in My Account → My Orders.

Coming back later? The agreed prices stay on your account. Reopen the cart, adjust quantities and check out when your customer confirms.

What decides your price

Four things move the number

Nothing is hidden in a spreadsheet. These are the same four inputs our team looks at when they price the cart you send.

Quantity per style The tier table on each product page sets the price at each quantity. More pieces per style, lower price per piece.

The options you pick Metal, stone size and colour, ring size, engraving. Option surcharges are added to the line automatically.

The mix in one cart Send everything together. A single consolidated list is easier to price as one program than five separate messages.

Destination & method Freight is calculated at checkout from your address and the shipping method you choose.

Wholesale FAQ

Do I need an account to buy wholesale?

Yes. You can browse and fill a cart without one, but only a signed-in account can send a cart to our team or complete checkout — the chat and the cart both belong to your login. Registration is free and takes about a minute.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Where a minimum applies, it is set on the product page and the quantity box will not go below it. Different styles can be mixed in one cart, so you do not need to reach a minimum on every single design.

How quickly will I get my wholesale price?

Usually within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Custom or made-to-order lines take longer because we check the setting and stone availability first — we will tell you in the chat rather than leave you waiting.

Can I mix sizes, metals and styles in one cart?

Yes, and that is the intended way to buy. Each combination is its own line with its own options and price, so a size run of one ring plus a few other styles travels to us as one list.

Can I see the wholesale price before I send the cart?

The table on each product page shows the price at each quantity tier — that is the number the cart uses. The final price for your exact mix is confirmed by our team after you send the cart, and any adjustment appears on the cart itself.

Does sending my cart place an order or charge me?

No. Sending the cart only shares the list with our team so they can price it. You place the order yourself by clicking CHECK OUT and paying — nothing happens until you do.

How do I pay?

At checkout you can pay by credit card directly on the page, or continue to PayPal / Stripe and pay there. If your company needs different payment arrangements, ask in the chat before you pay so we can confirm what is possible.

Can I reorder something I bought before?

Yes. Open the chat, choose My Orders and send us the past order — we can price the same list again at current wholesale rates. You can also re-add the style from its product page and rebuild the cart yourself.

What about shipping and import duties?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the method you choose, so you see it before paying. Import duties and taxes are charged by your own customs, not by us — if you need the paperwork prepared a certain way, mention it in the chat with your cart.
