2. Account Security

Pricing Policy: Prices are based on the latest market values for precious metals and gemstones. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.
Inventory: While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions or stock status may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
Shipping Estimates: Due to the volume of orders or custom craftsmanship (e.g., specific cuts like Pixel or Rose cut), delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will attempt to notify you of any significant delays.

4. Promotions and Coupons

Expiration: All GIGAJEWE coupons and promotional codes are subject to expiration without notice.
Stacking: Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined (stacked) with other offers or discounts.
Third-Party Sites: We do not accept expired or fraudulent coupons linked from third-party websites. Only codes issued directly via GIGAJEWE official channels are valid.
Exclusions: Promotions may exclude certain specialized items, including but not limited to Custom K-Gold products and limited-edition lab-grown diamonds.

5. Custom Orders & After-Sales Policy

Non-Returnable Items: All K-Gold (Karat Gold) items are classified as custom-made products, tailored specifically to the customer's choice of metal and gemstone. We do not accept returns or exchanges for K-Gold items unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Return Window: For eligible non-custom items, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date.
Logistics Extension: If international shipping exceeds 20 days due to logistics delays, the return application window is adjusted to 10 days from the date of receipt.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates (if applicable).

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of GIGAJEWE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIGAJEWE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GIGAJEWE operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
