Important Notice: Custom Nature of K Gold Jewelry
All K Gold Items Are Custom-Made:
Please note that all K gold (karat gold) jewelry sold in our store is classified as custom-made products. Each piece is individually crafted or adjusted based on your specific order, making it unique.
Strict Quality Control:
To ensure the highest standards, every custom-made item undergoes meticulous manual inspection and double quality control before shipment.
Therefore, unless there is a verified quality issue (such as structural defects or loose/missing stones), we do not accept returns or exchanges for any K gold custom-made items.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy (For Non-Custom Items)
To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for non-custom items (including loose stones, silver jewelry, etc.).
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the shipment date.
Please Note:
The 30-day period starts from the date the package is marked as "shipped" by the carrier, not the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be brand new and unworn
- Original jewelry tag must remain intact
- The tag must not be removed, damaged, or replaced
- You may try on rings without removing the tag (our tag string is designed to be unobtrusive)
- If the tag is removed or damaged, the item will be considered accepted and non-returnable
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts (if any)
Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued for the actual amount paid for the item
- Original shipping fees, gift packaging fees (if any), and return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Inspection Upon Receipt
All returned items will undergo a strict inspection upon arrival.
Definition of "New and Unworn"
Items must show no signs of use, including but not limited to:
- Scratches
- Wear or damage
- Odors
- Alterations or resizing
- Any other signs of use
If the item does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment account.
